Qualifications:

• Preferably a graduate of ​Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or related programs.​ 

• At least with ​ten​ (​10​) years of experience as ​Human Resources Head.​ 

• At least with ten (10) years of experience in People Management.  

• Extensive knowledge and experience on the different facets of Human Resources. 

• Extensive knowledge and knowledge​ Labor laws  and labor due process, experience on preparation of balanced scorecard.​
